In the left side chart we can see I have drawn a rectangles ,where we have see prices rising and I named it as a demand area.rest on upper side I have marked Supply region where bulls were loosing there grip and bears are trying take control .So the point is how to understand and how we can take an opportunity with this .
lets how i see it .

So the current arrow is pointing downside so I will say either of the following observations

1. The Prices are in the profit booking area or,
2. The Prices are consolidating or,
3. The Prices are waiting for the clues for the next continuation or,
4. The Prices retraced in the last demand area and rise from there then hits supply and tried falling back
